- for Cylirahs and Hawks -- you MUST have a webpage. if you would like me to just draw you a creature, picture, whatever, random thing, you dont have to. but i insist on Cys and Hawks, they do not like living in cold dark realms such as harddrives.

- you can not bug me about when your trade will arrive, etc. i will send them all out at the same time, listed in an email most likely to make it simpler. if you bug me or annoy me in that way, the trade with you will be off.

- if you are fostering a Cylirah, there is no time limit for getting them up on a page. but if you are fostering a Hawk, there is a one to two week time limit. if you can not get it up in that time, they will be abandoned and you will be banned.

- your page (if you have one) must NOT be over PG. if i find out it is... banned and creatures abandoned. trade off. all of that. no bluff, i mean it. and if you use that kind of language towards ME, the exact same thing will happen. i do not take kindly to casual (or not so casual) swearing. if people can not express feelings or opinions in reason, then they should not talk about that subject at all.

- these images and creatures are © ME, Niki Smith (yah, i'm saying my name so you understand i MEAN this. i take pride in my creatures. dont steal them.), AKA Elae as you know me. not you, not no one else. steal them and i shall flame you and get soooo mad at you it will not be funny. do not change the images unless you have asked permission from me first. no transparentizing the Hawks. it ruins the images and i do not want to have to start from scratch because of your broken rule. ask me before you do anything to them, Cys Hawks or any other thing i trade you. got that? good.....

- no premade page neccessary for either the Cys or the Hawks, but they do need to get up sometime. as i said before, Hawks 1-2 weeks, and Cys there is no limit, though they DO have to get up. also, the Hawks cant have a premade page unless you have a name in mind (more on that on the Hawks form page)

- all rules from both agencies apply to this as well. i recommend STRONGLY that you read them. (ok, so read the Cy rules.... Hawks pages arnt up yet, but they will be soon. just be double sure to follow all of these rules)

- on the page they do get up on, it must say something about the StarPortals, and give a link back to A. Enders, http://a.enders.tripod.com, AriaWinds if it is a Cylirah, http://a.enders.tripod.com/mountains/AriaWinds, and if its a Hawk, to A. Enders until i get their pages up. do NOT link back to the StarPortals. this is for a limited time, until i feel like i have enough forms, and there will be no point in linking back here. this may become a regular event, if it is popular enough. if not... then this will be the only time. its up to you to decide how popular it will be.
